I multiplexed the two using nandub according to the guide, but I can't get the sound to play with BSPlayer 0.8 or WMP8. I've tried to alter the option 'intervideo audio' oto 5.1 during the movie but it pops a message ' External exception 80000003' and when I close the screen it returns to stereo. The file came out to about 1.12GB, so I figured I might as well use the 2 channel AC3 audio provided on the DVD. Using GraphEdit you can connect your file to a multichannel decoder (I used PowerDVDs not Intervideos) and then go right to ffdshow which has an option to.
